The Hot Springs of Georgetown allow you to convert stat points to allocation points.

To gain access to the hot springs, you need the rare hot springs certificate. Once you gain access, you will be able to redeem up to four times your level in Allocation Points. You can only redeem up to the sum of your stats combined.

ex: If you are level 10, you can redeem 40 existing stat points.

The benefits of using the springs is to use the converted allocation points to calibrate your battle settings. As both strength and endurance are static points that affect your Attack and Defense respectively, you may want to adjust each accordingly.
