The game time is known as Alien Standard Time (AST), which is the equivilent of real-world Mountain Standard Time (GMT -5 hours).

The game resets every night at 0:00 AST Time. When reset occurs, everyone is revived to full life, your confidence is restored, you can use the gym and the arena again, you can fish and go to the miner's store again, motivation is given to you, and so on.

Hawaii Standard Time (HST): 6 PM in summer, 7 PM in winter

Alaska Standard Time (AKST): 8 PM

Pacific Standard Time (PST): 9 PM

Mountain Standard Time (MST): 10 PM

Central Standard Time (CST): 11 PM

Eastern Standard Time (EST): Midnight

Atlantic Standard Time (AST): 1 AM
