Clothes

Dressing up your alien at Stan's Boutique allows you to have some fun and at the same time allow some creativity to show. Players may judge you based on how your alien looks and it lets you show individuality. Forget about the typical green alien in red underwear, why don't you throw on a Pimp Jacket and some bling bling?! Also, if you're feeling creative you can become a designer for a small, one time fee. If people like your clothes and buy them, you earn the money!

How it Works
Confused a little on how to change your alien's clothes? Well wonder no more! Head on over to Stan's Boutique, located on Market Street in Georgetown, and try on some of Stan's latest threads. To view all the clothes available, click on Search Stan's Shop. There, you can browse through all the currently available clothes and designs. You can sort all items a variety of ways, including cost and popularity. Each clothing item will appear on the standard green alien model, so you can see how it will look when you put it on yours. If you spot something you like, send it to the dressing room so you can look at it later.

To change your alien's appearance, including everything from your skin color to your shoes, simply go Try Things On and click on the specified category and drag one of the items that appears in the list over on top of your alien. All the clothes you selected in Stan's will appear under the Dressing Room category.

For example, if you want to change your alien color from the default green to red, inside Try things on! click on Alien Color then look down the list till you spot Angry Red. Then drag that over on top of your alien and let go. Wait a few seconds and your alien color will change to red! Now just follow those instructions for each category of clothing, and you will be all set. Clothes are layered, so what is listed first on the left will be on top of the other clothing. Make sure to note that almost all items of clothing have a price tag, but if you are a subscriber you can get certain clothes for free.

The Back Room lists clothing items that have not sold successfully, or have gone out of style. Check here if you're looking for a bargain!.

Become a designer
For the one time fee, you can become a designer. As a designer, you will be able to create, name, and submit items to be sold in Stan's (pending approval). In addition, you will be able to price each item you create, and each time that item sells, you will receive the full cost of the purchase, except for a set number of credits. For example, if you created a T-shirt and listed it at 600,000 credits, you would receive 300,000 every time someone bought it.
