Please direct all payment issues to billing@alienaa.com, as the CS admins can do nothing to help. Please read through this document carefully and provide everything needed for help.

Visit cardquery.com to look up your transaction number.

I entered the wrong email on the order page
And the email I entered does not belong to a game account
Pay a visit to our order corrector.

And the email I entered belongs to another game account
Please provide the transaction number, email address the order got credited to, the email address you want the time credited to, and enough information (Name, address, phone number) to verify you were the one that placed the original order.
