Game staff are people selected from the player base who show a good understanding of the game and are considered trustworthy. All staff members, except members of the City Watch at the moment, will have GAME ADMINISTRATION displayed in their house. Always, always remember not to ask if you can become staff. Doing so is a good way to make sure you're never considered for a staff position.

Staff members have different jobs and areas in which they specialize, so it's best to make sure you know what the different staff do so you can understand how they work. You can see current staff members and their exact duties in the Presidential Offices, which can be found within the City Hall in Georgetown's Government Row.

Admins generally take care of situations with players. These issues are generally day-to-day problems that people have while playing. Some have specialized jobs outside of this work. Each Admin has a specific assignment: either Customer Service, New Player Assistance, or Guild Management. Please check their job descriptions in the Presidential Offices, or below, before contacting an Admin.

Moderators are mainly responsible for game help and moderating the message boards. All Moderators have their Last Active information turned on, so you can tell at a glance who is online if you visit the Presidential Offices. For gameplay assistance, you can QP any of the Moderators or post on the Help Board with your questions. You should receive an answer from them as soon as they are available. Moderators also have the power to ban and warn on the message boards and give timeouts in chat.

City Watch are responsible for moderating and enforcing the rules within the chat rooms. They have the ability to move players to other rooms, or to ban them for a certain amount of time. They can often provide gameplay assistance and answer any of your questions pertaining to the game. The job of the City Watch is to keep the chat rooms fun and flowing!

If you need help for a game related problem, the best way to get assistance is to simply post on the Help Board. You will receive a response within 48 hours. Most staff members have their QP privacy settings off, so you can contact them directly for help.
