The Galaxy Gym in the Downtown district of Georgetown is used to increase your stats. To participate at the Gym, you must first pay a small fee for a 30-day membership. At the Gym, you can choose to either hire a trainer or to perform your own training routine.
Hiring a trainer
This will initially cost you 20 motivation, and earn you a 4.50 total gain in the desired stats. Each following routine will add 40 motivation to the cost! The bars will indicate the different stat gains for each routine. For example:
Strength
Speed
Endurance
Panic
This will earn you 2.70 stat points in Strength, 1.80 stat points in Speed, and 0.00 points in both Endurance and Panic. If you're a lazy alien, this is an easy way to increase your stats!
Doing your own routine
This is undoubtedly a more efficient way of increasing your stats, but you don't have a personal trainer to hold your hand! Performing your own routine can be tough. First you have to choose a room to train in. Different rooms train different stats:
Red Room
Trains your Strength
Blue Room
Trains your Speed
Green Room
Trains your Endurance
Black Room
Trains your Panic
In order to train successfully, you have to detect the time intervals at which to train, and click Workout! accordingly. These intervals can range from anywhere between 1 and 15 seconds! The best way to go about this is through trial and error. The desired stat gain per workout is 0.45 points. If you can maintain a steady workout at that amount, you'll be a powerful alien in no time!
After you've done your first 30 workouts, the next 25 workouts will start costing 2 motivation instead of 1, then the following 25 will cost 3 motivation, and so on.
